Some of Ashir's achievements have been winning 2018 and 2019 international EXCA World Champion and Reserve World Champion, 2018 Calgary Stampede qualifier, and winning many Israeli championship titles throughout the years in Extreme Cowboy, Reining, Cutting, Cow-Horse, Roping, Trails class, and Western Pleasure.

His occupation includes educating the next generation of riding instructors and horse trainers in Israel, and providing consulting services and guidance to the Israeli police Cavalry unit.

Ashir is one of the extreme cowboy founders in Israel, and invests many efforts to promote this sport. He is EXCA Level 2 and NRHA approved judge.
