Joyce Lewis
Joyce Lewis, Safe Horse Training, LLC was inducted into the Extreme Cowboy Hall of Fame at the second annual EXCA Championship Race in Topeka, KS, 2009.  Lewis was first a competitor, racing in the Extreme Cowboy Race in Augusta, Georgia, in 2008 and again by invitation to The All-Girl Extreme Cowboy Race hosted at Craig Cameron’s Double Horn Ranch in Bluff Dale, Texas, both televised on RFD-TV.

Lewis was the original National Advisory Board Member for EXCA in the Mid-Atlantic Region, producing over 27 sanctioned races in North Carolina, South Carolina and Maryland. Making a grass roots effort, Lewis successfully started the growth of the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Now residing in Athens, Georgia, Lewis’ Safe Horse Training business focuses is on problem solving and colt starting.
